It is the time required to return a file Transcribed, with our Quality Assurance Stamp of Approval. This time can vary depending on client needs. We offer TAT/STAT times of 2 - 24 hrs. |

How do I access my old files?
RxDocuments provides free archival services for the first 3 months.
For file access beyond the original 3 months, you can opt to have access to all your data at all times through your Rx Track account for a nominal fee . Please call us for details regarding this simple arrangement.
